What we collect
Account details (email, name), health profile (goals, medications, dietary requirements), and pathology PDFs you upload. We use this to generate personalised biomarker insights.
How we use it
To analyse your blood tests, provide educational recommendations, and improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising profiles.
Storage & security
Data is stored in encrypted databases (Supabase) with Australian-region hosting where available. Payment details are handled exclusively by Stripe — we never store card numbers.
AI processing
Pathology text is sent to Anthropic Claude for analysis. We minimise data sent and do not use your results to train public models.
Your rights
You may request export or deletion of your account and data by contacting support. See also our Terms of Service.
