1. Service description
Omri Health provides educational wellness information based on pathology reports you upload. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing medications or supplements.
2. Not a medical device
Omri Health is not a TGA-regulated medical device. Insights, optimal ranges, and supplement suggestions are for general educational purposes only. Critical or abnormal results should be discussed with your GP promptly.
3. Membership & billing
Annual membership ($149 AUD) grants 12 months of platform access. One-time report ($39 AUD) covers analysis of a single pathology upload. Payments are processed by Stripe. Report fees may be credited toward annual membership upgrades as displayed at checkout.
4. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual membership if you are not satisfied. Contact support within 30 days of purchase. One-time reports are non-refundable once analysis has been delivered.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of your health data. We do not sell personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details on storage and processing.
